Terms and conditions
Each Maxco client is only allowed to register one account to participate in this promotion.
After successfully registering, clients must engage in trading activities and collect raffle tickets.
Clients must maintain a minimum margin of $200 in their account to be eligible for this program.
The transaction will be counted after the client participate Trading Festival Maxco on 23rd April 2025.
Transaction and lot volume calculations begin once the client is successfully registered in the promotion.
Clients are allowed to withdraw funds during the promotional period without affecting their participation, as long as the account equity does not fall below $200 after the withdrawal. If the equity drops below $200 after cut off time, the client’s participation will be automatically canceled, and all accumulated tickets will be forfeited (cut off time every 22nd at 23:59).
Only trading volume from derivative contracts in Forex, Metals + Oil, and Stock Index (excluding Single Stocks) will be counted.
Clients must accumulate trading volume in accordance with the prize they aim for, meet the required lot conditions, and complete all requirements within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a chance to win.
This promotional program cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions at Maxco.
All decisions made by Maxco regarding the program are final and binding. Maxco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Ticket Calculation
Clients will earn Trading Festival Tickets after completing trading activities with a minimum volume of 1 lot.
Example of Calculation:
Total trading volume 1 lot = 1 ticket
Total trading volume 2 lot = 2 tickets
Total trading volume 3 lot = 3 tickets
And so on.
Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place within 25-31 of each month during the promotional period.
All Trading Festival tickets collected by clients and recorded in the system will be entered into the draw, based on the number of tickets each participant holds (in accordance with prize eligibility requirements).
The draw will be conducted randomly, openly, and transparently, and will be announced online or offline.
Winners will be contacted by Maxco after the announcement for data verification.
The prize verification and confirmation process must be completed within 5 (five) working days. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
If a winner does not respond or cannot be reached, the prize will be voided, and Maxco reserves the right to appoint an alternate winner based on the next draw results.
Prize Claim Terms and Conditions
Trading Festival winners will be contacted by Maxco after the online announcement for verification and to complete personal data as part of the prize confirmation process.
Any tax obligations arising from the received prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes will be processed and delivered within a maximum of 30 working days after the winner has fulfilled their tax obligations.
Maxco is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the winner, delivery errors due to invalid addresses, or any issues caused by third parties (such as delivery services).
For winners residing in Jakarta and surrounding areas, prizes must be collected directly at Maxco’s head office to ensure secure and legitimate handover.
As part of documentation and transparency, winners are required to submit photos and video testimonials as valid proof of prize receipt.
