How do I make a deposit?

Maxco offers both Indonesian Rupiah and US Dollar currency types. Funds can be deposited any time of the day, five days a week (deposit in weekend will be processed on the next working day). Please visit our deposit page for further information.

Is deposit in Maxco safe and secure?

Yes, deposit in Maxco is absolutely safe, private and secure. All transactions are processed by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that your personal information is safe. Client’s deposit is in the segregated bank account which is separated with company’s operational bank account.

Does Maxco charge deposit fees?

No, no fees need to be charged.

Can I transfer my funds between accounts?

No, the funds in each account are separate and we do not support transfer funds between accounts.

What is the minimum top up amount?

Can I make multiple deposits on the same day?

How long does it take for a deposit to reach my trading account?

The time taken for a deposit to be updated in a trading account depends on the deposit method used and Account Setting. When your payment reaches our customers‘ segregated account, it will appear in your trading account within a few minutes. We recommend inner-bank transfer as this is faster than inter bank transfers. However, for US Dollar deposits, you should allow additional 2-3 business days.

How do I confirm my deposit has been credited to my account successfully?

You can check you MT4 account balance once your deposit has been processed successfully.

Do you process withdrawals over the weekend?

No, we only process withdrawals during business days.

Requests submitted between 09:00 and 18:00 WIB will be processed on the same day,
with a normal processing time of approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Requests submitted between 18:00 and 22:00 WIB will still be processed on the same day,
subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed on the next business day.
