Dow Jones Futures Analysis Today, September 4, 2025: Trading in Negative Territory

Dow Jones Futures moved into negative territory yesterday following pressure from the release of key U.S. economic data. The July JOLTS job openings fell to 7.181 million — the lowest in 10 months — and below expectations of 7.38 million. U.S. factory orders for July declined by -1.3% m/m, marking the second consecutive monthly drop. The Fed’s Beige Book reported stagnant economic activity, weak consumer spending, and tariff pressures that are driving up input costs.

Recommendation:
Sell Dow Jones
Sell on Strength: 45,400
Take Profit: 44,600
Stop Loss: 45,700
