Beware, Identify Futures Broker Scam Modes!

Bappebti stated that there are two types of scam modes in the futures trading sector, the first is the investment offer mode under the guise of futures contracts or crypto assets and the second mode is conducting business activities in the commodity trading sector.

With the increasing number of companies committing fraud with these two modes, Bappebti has taken firm action to block 954 entity website domains in the commodity futures sector that do not have permits from January to August 2021.

A legal and trusted futures broker will certainly make your trading calmer. So, Maxco summarizes other forms of scam mode:

Futures broker website duplication

This mode is usually done by duplicating the official website of a futures brokerage company which is similar to a futures broker that already has a business license from Bappebti. In this case, you need to be careful PT Maxco Futures only has an official website: www.maxco.co.id

If there is another website on behalf of Maxco Futures, of course that website is a form of scam mode.

Profiting legality

Legal futures brokerage companies must have been registered and recognized by Bappebti and this legality makes forex futures brokers follow the rules issued by Bappebti in carrying out business activities. Such as, a registered futures broker, Maxco has obtained a business license from Bappebti.

Ministry of Trade

PT. Maxco Futures No: 931/BAPPEBTI/PN/8/2006

PT. Panin Futures No: 353/BAPPEBTI/SI/IV/2004

Guaranteed fixed income or profit sharing

Scam mode that usually provides a guarantee to get a steady income or profit sharing. This mode also uses a member get member system where funds will be collected and only revolved around the member without making transactions in the futures trading field.

After understanding the scam mode of futures brokers, it is hoped that you will be more careful if you want to start a business in the field of commodity futures trading.
